Know when a renewal gets cheaper.

The renewal is the price you keep paying. When the cheapest one, across the 147 registrars Domain.Guru reads, hits a new 30-day low — 2% or more under it — you can hear about it two ways. No account needed.

Watchlist

Star an extension anywhere on the site. The next time you open Domain.Guru, what renews cheaper than when you last looked is marked: a green arrow on the star in the header, “↓ from” the old price on its row, a line on its page. What got dearer is marked too, in red.

It lives in this browser. Pages download one list of today's prices, the same for everyone, and compare it here.

Feeds

Every extension has its own feed of new renewal lows, linked from its page, and /feed.xml carries all of them, one entry per price refresh. Follow them in any feed reader, or hand one to a feed-to-email service if you would rather read it in your inbox — you choose the service, so Domain.Guru never holds your address.

Star a few extensions and this card offers all their feeds as one file, for a feed reader to import in one step.

The renewal, not the first year.
A first-year offer that drops is still followed by its renewal. The renewal is what you pay from the second year on.
A new 30-day low, not “cheaper than yesterday”.
When a shop leaves the cheapest spot and comes back, yesterday's comparison announces the same fall again. A new low is said once.
At least 2% under it.
Of the 31,278 falls recorded since 2 August 2026, 62% were under half a percent — mostly an exchange rate moving under a shop that bills in euros or pounds.

Alerts, answered

6 questions
Can I get the alerts by email?
Not from Domain.Guru, because it never asks for an address and so never has one to keep safe. Every extension's feed, and /feed.xml for all of them, works with any feed-to-email service: paste the feed address into the one you choose, and leave it whenever you like.
Does the watchlist tell Domain.Guru what I watch?
No. The list is kept in your browser. To compare, a page downloads the same file of today's cheapest renewals that every visitor gets, and the comparison happens on your machine; which extensions you watch is never part of the request.
Why only the renewal price?
Because the renewal is what a domain costs every year after the first, for as long as you keep it. A first-year offer that drops is still followed by its renewal; the deals page lists those offers beside the renewal each one leads to.
Why a new 30-day low, and why 2%?
Because most day-to-day moves are noise. Of the 31,278 falls in a cheapest renewal recorded since 2 August 2026, 62% were under half a percent, mostly an exchange rate moving under a shop that bills in euros or pounds. And a plain "cheaper than yesterday" repeats the same fall whenever a registrar drops out of the minimum and comes back.
Does it tell me when a renewal goes up?
The watchlist and the Telegram bot do: when the cheapest renewal climbs 5% or more over its highest in the previous 30 days and stays there for the next 2 price refreshes. The wait is deliberate: a cheap shop missing from one night's read lifts the lowest price for a day, and most "rises" without it were exactly that. The feeds stay about drops.
How often are prices read?
Once a day, from the price lists of the 147 registrars Domain.Guru reads. Every feed entry says when the prices behind it were read.
